EVERYTHING ABOUT IPTV SRONG

I used your computer software to update my strong 4669x and just after booting I observed lock on the display.I attempted to unlock it by dialing 0000 and I later saw which the decoder was frozen Even though the lock wasn't there and the many channels was vanished.The decoder has become frozen.What really should I do?immediately after i put in this
